I have the honor to acknowledge the receipt of Your letter of the 1st Instant, which I laid before His Excellency Sir Henry Pottinger, who has desired me to inform you, that he fully approves of your erecting an Ordnance Store, and begs you will give orders for the commencement of the Work with as little delay as possible.
